Who is Prague Bar Show for?
Prague Bar Show is a B2B event for professionals in the bar, hospitality and beverage industry – including bar, restaurant and hotel owners, managers, bartenders, buyers and suppliers. It is not open to the general public.

Can I attend if I am not from the bar or hospitality industry?
No. The event is strictly for industry professionals. Public attendance is not permitted.

Where can I buy tickets? Do I need to print them?
Tickets can be purchased online via the new app or at the box office on the day of the event (if not sold out). You do not need to print your ticket – simply show the QR code on your phone at the entrance.

What is included in the basic ticket?
The basic ticket gives you access to all exhibition areas and all seminars taking place during the event.

Can I leave the event and come back later?
Yes. You will receive a wristband at the entrance, which allows you to re-enter the event throughout the day.

Will there be seminars?
Yes. Seminars and panel discussions will take place across several stages and are included in the ticket price.

How do tastings work?
Tastings are offered at exhibitor stands. Each exhibitor decides whether samples are free or paid.

Will food and water be available?
Free drinking water will be available at several locations throughout the venue. A food court with multiple vendors will be located in the outdoor area.

Is there an age limit?
Entry is restricted to visitors aged 18 and over. Visitors under 18 may enter only if accompanied by an adult. Children accompanied by an adult enter free of charge.

Are dogs allowed?
No.

Will the event take place in bad weather?
Yes. The event will take place even in case of rain.

Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, but capacity is limited and may be full at peak times.

How do I get to the venue?
The event takes place at Křižík Pavilions, Exhibition Grounds Prague Holešovice. The nearest metro station is Nádraží Holešovice (Line C), approximately a 5-minute walk from the venue.
