Who is Prague Bar Show for?
Prague Bar Show is a professional B2B trade fair primarily intended for people working in gastronomy and related industries – including service staff, bartenders, baristas, managers and business owners of restaurants, hotels, cafés, bars, catering companies and hospitality-related businesses. The event is not intended for the general public.
Where can I buy a ticket?
Tickets for Prague Bar Show can be purchased online via the official Prague Bar Show website. If tickets are not sold out, they may also be available on-site on the event day.
Do I need to register after purchasing a ticket?
Yes. Participant registration is required to generate your ticket. After purchasing a ticket, you will receive an e-mail with a registration link where you complete basic participant details.
When and how will I receive my ticket?
After successful registration, a digital ticket with a QR code will be automatically generated and sent to you by e-mail. The QR code serves as your entry ticket to the event.
Can I purchase a ticket for a colleague or multiple people?
Yes. You can purchase tickets for colleagues as well. After purchase, the registration link can be forwarded to individual participants, who will complete their own registration.
What is included in the basic ticket?
The basic ticket grants access to all event areas and to all seminars and discussions taking place during the day.
Can I leave the venue and return later?
Yes. Each participant receives an identification wristband at entry, which allows repeated entry throughout the day.
Will seminars take place and how can I attend them?
Seminars and panel discussions will take place at scheduled times in designated areas. Access to all seminars is included in the basic ticket at no additional cost.
How do tastings work and how is payment handled at the bars?
At many bars, you will be able to taste exhibited products. Prices and any complimentary samples are determined individually by each exhibitor.
Will water and food be available at the event?
Drinking water will be available free of charge at several locations throughout the pavilions. Food courts and food stands will be located in the outdoor areas.
What if I am under 18 years old?
Entry to Prague Bar Show is permitted only to persons 18 years of age or older. Minors may enter only when accompanied by an adult. Children accompanying adults do not require a ticket.
Are pets allowed at the event?
We love pets, but please do not bring them to the event. Due to large crowds and increased noise levels, the environment is not suitable or safe for animals. Thank you for your understanding.
Will the event take place in case of bad weather?
Yes. Prague Bar Show takes place partly in indoor and partly in outdoor areas and will be held even in case of rain.
Is there a cloakroom available?
Yes, a cloakroom will be available, but its capacity is limited and may become full during the day.
How can I best get to the event?
The event takes place at Křižík Pavilions, Prague Exhibition Grounds – Holešovice. The nearest metro station is Nádraží Holešovice (Line C), from where it is approximately a 5-minute walk to the venue.
