Who is the Prague Bar Show for? The Prague Bar Show is primarily for all professionals in gastronomy. Owners, managers, and employees of restaurants, hotels, cafes, bistros, bars, catering companies, etc. It is the largest professional gastro B2B event in the Czech Republic. Business educational meeting of all suppliers, distributors, manufacturers of beverages, equipment, and services for the Gastronomy segment. The Prague Bar Show is not intended for the general public.
Can I attend the event if I am not from the beverage and gastronomy industry? This event is designed exclusively for industry professionals. Public attendance is not permitted.
Where do I buy a ticket and do I have to print it? Tickets for the Prague Bar Show can be purchased at GOOUT or the day of the event at the box office, if not sold out. It is not necessary to print the ticket, just have a QR code on your phone that the staff will read at the checkout.
What is and what is not included in the basic ticket price? The basic ticket entitles the owner to enter all areas of the location where the event is taking place and to all seminars held during the day.
Is it possible to leave the event and come back to it again? Yes. Each participant receives an identification bracelet at the entrance, which entitles him to repeated entry to the event.
Will there be seminars again this year and how can I participate? The seminars will take place across three zones. Admission is complimentary and included with the basic ticket.
How do the tastings take place and how do you pay at the bars? Tastings are available at many bars. It is up to each exhibitor to set prices or free samples.
Will it be possible to purchase tasting glasses at the event? Yes.
Will there be water and food sales at the event? Water will be available free of charge in refrigerators at several locations and on all floors. A food court with several stalls will be in the courtyard.
What if I'm not 18? Entry to the Prague Bar Show is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older. Those under this age may only enter if accompanied by an adult. Furthermore, children who are accompanied do not incur any entrance fee.
Are dogs allowed? No.
Will the event be held even in bad weather? Yes. The Prague Bar Show is partly held outdoors and will take place even in case of rain.
Will there be a changing room at the event? Yes. But the capacity is limited to 1,000 seats. There may be full occupancy during the day.
What is the best way to get to the event? The address is Křižíkovy pavilony, Exhibition Center Prague 7 Holešovice. From the center, ideally by tram number 6 or 17, when you get off at the Výstaviště Holešovice stop. You can also use metro line C - from the Nádraží Holešovice stop which is approximately 500 meters from the Výstaviště area.
