1. Date and place

Tuesday, March 28, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

National House in Smíchov, Náměstí 14. října 82/16, Prague 5, 150 00

2. Installation of bars

The installation of the bars will take place on Monday 27/03/2023 from 9 am to 8 pm in the exact pre-arranged time slot.

Please contact Radek Šrott (602 166 850) by 3/13 to schedule your arrival time.

The area for each exhibitor will be marked and it is necessary that the exhibitors do not exceed the total size of the purchased area. Using the elevator for anything other than transporting people is STRICTLY PROHIBITED by the building owner.

3. Parking and Transportation

A place will be reserved for loading and unloading cargo, which will be guided by the organizer's staff in a pre-arranged time slot. Parking for longer than unloading is not possible at this location. In case of longer parking without a permit and a parking card of the event organizer, the organizer reserves the right to charge a fee of CZK 8,000. The fee will be charged to the company that has an exhibition space at the Prague Bar Show. Please inform all staff, including bar staff.

For all-day parking, we recommend parking in OC Nový Smíchov in the immediate vicinity of the location.

4. Number of visitors

In total, we expect approx. 2,000 visitors will come and go continuously, i.e. between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.

5. Seminars

The seminars will take place in three locations. The capacity of each is about 50 people. The duration of the seminar is set at a maximum of 30 minutes, and we ask that you respect the time limit. All presentations will be handled by the director. Projection (16:9 format) and audio sound system with microphone are available.

The organizer does not provide tasting glasses.

6. Electricity

El. socket 230V/16A – 2 KW or with a higher capacity is brought only to the bars/expositions of exhibitors who ordered the connection before the event. It is not possible to change the ordered electricity capacity on the spot. connection.

7. Glasses and washing

The purpose of the event is not the free pouring of drinks, but tasting, so we recommend adjusting the number of glass types used and the size of tasting samples for visitors. Each exhibitor provides their own glass or PVC.

Glass washing will be provided for exhibitors who ordered the service before the event. Glasses will be continuously returned to the bars.

8. Debaras

During the entire duration of the event (between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.), the Prague Bar Show staff takes care of the waste collection. Cleaning up the waste at the bars after the end of the event is provided by the exhibitor, who rents the space. A container for mixed waste, which can be used, will be available for the entire duration of the event. 

We ask the exhibitors to pour the rest of the contents of the bottles into their own separate containers, not into PVC bags! The exhibitor is obliged to clean up the waste and empty bottles in the attached container after the end of the event. Before leaving the event, we ask the exhibitor to personally hand over the rented space in the same condition as when taking over and send the contact person responsible to the e-mail by 13/03/2023.

9. Water

Drinking water is available free of charge in refrigerators. The water in the toilet is also drinkable.

10. Decoration

Hanging and gluing to walls or ceilings in indoor areas is not possible. We recommend using separate decorations. It is not possible to use gluing on floors. All decorations, equipment, accessories, etc. can only be placed within the rented space.

In case of damage, the event organizer reserves the right to charge the restoration cost. The fee will be charged to the company that has an exhibition space at the Prague Bar Show.

11. Music

If you will be using TV or audio equipment at your bar/booth, please respect the exhibitors around you. The reproduced sound must not exceed the volume of the spoken word.

12. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the ND premises. Smoking is only possible outside the premises.

13. Jan

Exhibitors are provided with space for the event at multiple locations with free ice cubes and chips, a total of 1 ton is available.

14. Dismantling of bars

The Prague Bar Show ends at 20:00 and all bars must be closed by this time.

Dismantling of the bars is possible only after this hour.

The entry of vehicles into the yard of the location will follow a detailed time schedule (to be agreed upon with the organizer on site on the day of the event).

Please note that from a technical point of view, it is impossible to drive all vehicles at once. All bars and exhibitor items must be cleared by midnight.

The use of the lift is permitted ONLY FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF PEOPLE. Using the elevator for anything else is STRICTLY PROHIBITED by the property owner.

15. Tickets

Tickets for exhibitors - Each exhibitor is entitled to 1 ticket per 1 m2 of rented space within the price. These tickets will be sent to you electronically before the event.

Bar Staff Tickets - Hand-strip tickets will be distributed to each bar approximately one hour prior to kick-off at 10 am. The number of tickets for staff depends on the size of the rented area.

Discounted tickets for over-quota exhibitors - Any exhibitor can take advantage of a discount to purchase tickets for clients, partners, suppliers or employees. The price of the ticket after the discount is 200 CZK + VAT. Billing of ordered tickets will take place after the end of the event. Order the number of tickets with a discount no later than 15/03/2023 at Gabriela Ponert.

Visitor tickets - Tickets can be purchased in advance via GoOut, or on the day of the event at the box office. (Unless the capacity of the area is exhausted). The entrance fee includes free access to the seminars.

16. Sampling and hostesses

It is not possible to hand out samples and alcoholic beverages outside the space ordered by the exhibitor. Hostesses can only move outside these areas without alcohol samples.

17. Security

The exhibitor is responsible for the bars and their equipment.

18. Photo

The organizer will take photos during the event for its own reporting purposes. It is possible to guarantee the provision of photos to individual exhibitors from their bars only after prior agreement and ordering this service for a fee from the organizer in advance.

19. Office of Customs

Each exhibitor is required to self-submit an alcohol sale notification at least 5 business days prior to the event.

The notification can also be submitted via a data box or in person at the office of the customs office for the capital city of Prague.

We recommend having a copy of the alcohol invoice at the stand.

20. Serving alcohol to minors

Compliance with the ban on serving alcoholic beverages to minors is the responsibility of the exhibitors.

21. Responsibility for the activity of the exhibitor

Event organizer, spol. Linkman Media s.r.o. bears no responsibility for the activities of the exhibitor at the Prague Bar Show. In particular, the organizer is not responsible for the exhibitor's employees or persons authorized by him, nor for the exhibitor's property or other assets brought into the space in which the event takes place. The exhibitor bears exclusively all responsibility associated with his participation in the event and undertakes to respect and comply with all provisions of applicable regulations, especially in the area of distribution and serving of alcoholic beverages. In case of violation of valid legal regulations, event instructions or instructions of the organizer, the organizer has the right to terminate the exhibitor's participation in the Prague Bar Show without compensation.
